The OGHom Handheld Steamer is designed for the American voltage standard, with an operating voltage of 110V-120V. It is unable to convert voltage and should not be used with 220V-240V outlets without a proper adapter or converter, as this will cause a malfunction.

The steamer should never be immersed in water or any other liquids, as doing so can damage the unit. To ensure safe and efficient operation, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• The water level should not exceed the maximum line, as exceeding this may result in water leakage.
• Tilting the steamer while in use may cause water leakage or spitting. Always hold the steamer upright when steaming fabrics.
• Adding any chemical substances to the water may result in water spitting from the nozzle. Use only distilled or purified water to prevent this.
• If tap water is used, it is important to empty the water tank after each use and not reuse the water.
• The steam emitted from the nozzle can be very hot, so never use the steamer on clothes you are wearing or point the nozzle towards any person or pet.
• If water is spitting out, there may be residue in the water tank. Clean it with a vinegar or lemon water solution (8:2 or 7:3 ratio, respectively) and then dump the water after boiling.
