WATER USAGE GUIDELINES - Use distilled or purified water to prevent water spurting from the nozzle. - If using tap water, be sure to dump all the water out after each use and do not reuse the water. - Adding any chemical substances to the water may cause water to spurt out from the nozzle.

CAUTION DURING USE The steam coming out from the nozzle can be very hot. Never use the steamer on clothes you are wearing or point the nozzle towards any person or pet.

If water is spurting out, there may be residue in the water tank. Clean the tank with a vinegar or lemon water solution (8:2 or 7:3 water-to-solution ratio) and then dump the water after boiling.
